Objective:
Learn how to do a complete cloud upgrade step by step.
1- Upgrade core Database
Go to Core Database page and select the the version your upgrading to and follow the steps.
2- Update catalog recipes
Login to SOAJS dashboard and go to Develop pillar → Catalog Recipes and make sure that all your catalog recipes used to deploy your services are set to pull the latest SOAJS images with the pull policy set to Always. For more information about how to update SOAJS image click here.
3- Redeploy all services
After updating your catalog recipes go to Deploy pillar → Cloud & Deployments and redeploy all your services and nginx in Dashboard environment.
Once done refresh your browser and logout then login and repeat the upgrade process by redeploying the services in the other environments that also use the SOAJS images.
Once all the affected service in all environments are redeployed, the upgrade is complete.
